Tanner started in the seafood industry working his way up from the warehouse into sales. From there he managed a large division of 75+ Kroger stores in the Intermountain region. In 2013 he pioneered the first fresh seafood food service division in his company’s history. He specialized in exotic procurement and sales. Tanner was a regional sales manager over a large food service broadliner until early 2019 when he left the industry to work with the Morgan’s.

Paul received a college degree in restaurant management from The University of Illinois. He has 25+ years of management experience in university food service, fast food, pizza, full service, and multi-unit management. Then was hired as a hospital food service director for 15 years. He then went to work for 2 brokerages before moving up into Morgan Marketing. His main focus is school and healthcare foodservice, but also works with street accounts.
